Interesting. I thought most meth pumps were rated at 250-300 psi. I could swear i read that in some specs on them.

I know the AIS pump says its pre set to 200psi and is adjustable from 100-300psi, but that says nothing about flow. The alky control pumps are pressure tested to 250psi. It seems none of these guys want to give you a pump curve, which is what I basically made anyway.

I just got mine back from him, sent it in for a rebuild. I am running a single 15gph however I have been considering going with two smaller nozzles, just not sure if I want to go with two 10's or not.

Pump was only getting 6.8v, put 12v directly to it and pressure jumped 50psi with the 2 14s in there. Leaning towards a controller issue...

So your above tests were with low voltage?

Appears that way....the real damage here is I am always going to be paranoid about it now

Looks like I need to make room for another gauge...or at least a 100psi trigger light...
