This is good news for sure.. I am going to be starting my Alky Meth install next week if things go as planned. Im going with a M10 nozzle to start and see how it does. Im at 18 degrees timing rite now and hope to get more out of it with the tune. How much timing were you running before the Meth Evilgmc?

holy assfuck batman.

Congrats!

I hope to one day run meth and know how it feels. Although I've been thinking of getting rid of the maggie and going turbo.

You may want to check, but in the past they didn't want you to use top end lube with their pumps. Alky Control may have changed pumps since I purchased mine, however on the older pumps they didn't want oil introduced into the pump. A friend of mine had the exact same set-up as I do and kept experiencing a leaking pump and it was determined that because he was using the methanol from his race car that had top lube in it, that it was the problem. Also, depending on where you mounted your pump (down on frame rail), water can become an issue for the pump motor and also since I've purchased mine, Alky Control has come out with a rubber sleeve to prevent water from entering the pump motor. Yours may already have the newer sleeve or at least you can pick one up from them.

Other than that, I’m glad you’re experiencing good results from your kit.

I just talked with Julio at Alkycontrol. He said "no" top end lube, it ruins the pump. He has the covers in stock as I just got one too.

I asked Julio about running E85 and he told me the same thing. Also heard the same from a Snow tech. Any oil or gas will ruin the pump.

I ran the first 5 gallons with M2 top lube in there and he told me none needed.
