Default meth kit issues

I'm having some trouble with my snow performance kit. I have the nozzle installed after the whipple, but before the intake hat. The vacuum pulled the meth into the intake, so I got the solenoid to fix that problem. I hooked up the solenoid, and went for another test drive. It still guzzles it like it did before. If I disconnect the controller, and leave the hoses hooked up, it doesn't use a drop. I can't see any signs of a leak. On a 1 mile test drive, I went through about 1/8 tank, and I was only spraying for about 45 seconds during the drive. Any ideas on what's wrong?

What is your controller set points on/off?

An 1/8 tank for a 45 second spray period is about right IMO (depending on nozel).

It starts spraying at 3 psi, and ramps up to full at 8psi.

Really? It looks like I'll be filling the tank on a daily basis then.

I have mine set to come on at 5 psi, I think 3# is kinda low, My meth lasts a long time.

on the test drives are you getting into boost?? If you drive for 45 seconds and your in boost...... damn, and all that in a 1 mile test run. To see if it is stilling pulling at vacuum, dont go into boost during the test drive. Depending on when you reach full spray on and what size nozzle you could go through more than that in a 45 second span!! Hopefully your pump does better than the 3 Ive gotten from Snow. Im now replacing everything but the controller with stuff from Julio at alkycontrol. Lines leaked, 3 pumps failed, Ive had enough issues.

I went about a mile. I drove down my block, then on a major street, where I went 70% throttle, and let off as it shifted to second. I backed off the throttle, coasted to a stop, and did it over again. Then I just cruised home with a couple quick bursts to 75% throttle. This whipple builds boost very quickly. I'll go for another drive tomorrow, without getting into boost, and see if it draws it in off the vacuum.

It sounds like everything is fine now, but I was just expecting the meth to last longer. I just want to get everything dialed in perfect before it goes on the dyno this weekend. It sounds like I need to get a much larger tank. Any suggestions?

What tank size are you using?
I use the windshield washer tank, When I do my stroker and switch to a rear STS I will put a 5 gal in the bed of the truck

I'm using the resevoir that came with the kit. I have the stage 2 kit, so I think its a 3 qt. They sell a 7qt, but I don't have rrom for it under the hood. If I have to mount a tank under the truck, I might as well make it a big one.
