Yes we have both repeatedly tried to contact Nelson.That was of course the first step in finding out what was where.He has been in contact more than I because he lives 35 minutes from their shop.He started calling a week ago and they said they would look around.He then called a few more times and left messages to return his call.I guess they finally got in touch and said they would help him find a better price on an aftermarket one.But he never recieved another call back for a few days.And this was as of yesterday.He was going to get a turbo set up from them....but he knows more and has been dealing with nelson more....hes unhappy about this also.Maybe the uninstaller was having a bad day??Who knows.But due to the lack off quickness in customer support and trying to rectify an error.....put yourself in my shoes and the other guys also.Its ten times easier to sit back on the computer and read this and toss in opinions....than it is to be bending over the hood saying"Sh*t...where the hell is that piece???" And finding out it never got uninstalled and is a few states away.
Enough said bout that...I got one more piece to the puzzle and hopefully Ill be getting it today
And yes BlownChevy is a god send when it comes to this stuff

ITS ALIVE!!!!
Started her up and no knocking or pinging.Getting my new tune tomorrow.And BIG thanks to BlownChevy!
he hooked me up!!Plus gave me a small tour of the Magnacharger facility.It was definitely pimp.And yes,heres another one to you BlownChevy...Thanks bud.Im out!
