I use a thread sealing compound, that is good for .010 gap. The tube to wall gap is only .004 so se we are covered there. I have been going over pics Chris was nice to send to me. The water neck and altenator area is in question? But once I get this into someones hand that has the unit on their truck I am sure it will be fine.
50hp is as low as we can go on HP...

Yea, nothing a little tweaking, bending, can not handle. I think if it does hit the water neck. All I have to do is raise that corner a smig-gen. No big deal with the tubes on the outside they can bent to fit around that neck.

Sorry for the delays, but I get pulled off one project to work on other ones on a regular basis.
