Which MAF sensor for LS 408 & ProCharger
#1
I currently run a blade style MAF for one of the Cadillacs, cant remember which. But it is operating at or near its limit. Anyone have a recomendation on which MAF to use? I am running the stock computer from a 2005 GMC Sierra, Bosch O2 sensors, and a 4 inch charge pipe.

Switching to a different MAF isn't going to change much. You need to increase the size of the intake tube so you don't hit the airflow limits of the MAF.
Or ditch the MAF and go speed density.

Without scaling the tune, I hit the 4063 lb/hour limit in my ECU around 9 psi on my LQ4. Literally this past weekend I scaled the tune by 2/3rds, so now it can support a little over 6000 lb/hr of real airflow, which should be close to my other ECU limit of 12,000Hz. Doing some rough math, that should be good for 21 psi, which is higher than I want to go on my stock bottom end.

Do you have scanning software like HPTuners? Do you have a WOT run on max boost with Dynamic Airflow logged? Easy to calculate needed charge pipe size from those numbers if you want to post them up. Otherwise post some details on the engine and amount of boost you are running.
