Default LVTUNER TT 2012 GMC Single cab

Started on a TT 5.3L 2012 GMC Single cab build. 2 weeks back I pulled the 799 heads and installed a set of ported 241 heads milled .025". Deleted the DOD and installed a 212 214 113 .600 lift Precision camshaft. Tuned her up on E85 and this weekend pulled it into the garage for a TT build. Here are some pics of the build progress. My home town is Vegas and I build and tune a lot of LS cars and trucks.

Why would you replace the 799 heads with 241s?Aren't the 799 heads the same thing as the 243 "LS6" heads with better ports than the 241s? What are the turbo system specs? Cool project.

1Cam, I had the heads ready to go to save time on the H/C and DOD delete install. The heads have larger valves then 243 & 799 2.02 & 1.57", with the hand port work they out flow the 243 and 799 heads. The turbos are for the forged engine I built and are Turbonetics 72 / 68.

Thanks Jiggy, working on the down pipes now and just wrapped up the drivers side. Finished making the passenger side just need to thermal wrap it. I live close to Henderson at 215 / Windmill. Here are a few pics of an S10 build and a 76 TA TT 4.8L.
