I will be doing this to my 07 Avalanche with the afm/dod 5.3 in it. Looking to go with 2.5" pulley and be around 11-12# on 93 octane. It should be up and running within the month after I collect the rest of the parts. I also sell low mileage LSA superchargers that have been fully serviced and come with a new solid coupler already installed. If anyone is interested then drop me a message . GM is cracking down on the dealers to return these to headquarters so they will get harder to find real soon. So get them while you can.

I am looking into doing the LSA blower onto a 2004 5.3. This seems like a good budget supercharger setup, but I have a couple questions.
1. If you are running the stock 6 rib truck belt and accessories, are you seeing and belt slip or issues with the belt coming off? I will probably be running a 2.5" or 2.4" pulley to bump up boost as I am at higher elevation.
2. Since the LSA blower lines up with the truck harmonic balancer, can I simply run an alternator/PS pump bracket to move them out of the way of the LSA charger, then run a high mount AC bracket? (this is in a 71 chevelle so i need to move the AC up high on passenger side). This would save some cost to not require buying a complete new accessory bracket system.
3. Has anyone experience issues running the LSA blower on the same belt as all the accessories and the A/C?
4. What kind of boost will these superchargers make on a 5.3? Also how much power to the ground have people made? i will be running 1 7/8" headers and likely install a cam as well.

I just finished installing my LSA on my 2012 Silverado
How did you guys run your air intake tube?
My supplied IAT MAF breakout harness was wrong and killed my IAT. it is fixed but sucked.
