I'd look and offer advise but I have HP Tuners and not EFI Live.

So I can't see how they have the tune setup and how it runs.

If you still have the MAF your vented catch can is probably the issue. Either go SD only, or use a non-vented can, or a can with check valves.

Intake->front passenger side valve cover-> rear driver cover vent-> catch can->blower vacuum.

I placed it so the lower port would be higher than the top port on the LSA lid to aid in bleeding.

Bleeding was a bitch! I had to use a water hose under pressure with the pump on, even then the pump would out run the hose and run dry. I had to take the nozzel off the hose to push enough water through to get the air out.
Then I gravity bleed the water out and coolant in.
I wonder if flipping your pump upside down would help with bleeding. The coolant from the reservoir would then gravity feed directly into the pump.
