I ended up at 18,809 rpm blower speed with a 2.75" supercharger pulley and ended up with about 10psi on my 4.8L engine. THis is the calculator i used : [url=http://www.928motorsports.com/services/selectingpulley.php

Where did you buy your pulley? Have you noticed any slip?

Thank you to the OP for the excellent write up. I have begun accumulating the same parts list for my 03 2500 HD 6.0 with 243's.

Never mind - I found what I was looking for.

Thank you
GeoffP

Where are you guys getting smaller 6 rib pulleys for the LSA blower?
I haven't noticed any evidence of belt slip. I'm running on the middle 6 ribs of a 8 rib pulley

Whew...that was close - for once I'm taking the calm route and will add the Level VI RMP 4L60E and then the TVS2300 after a block refresh. More $ in the long run but want to put it together the way I've planned.

Does the fuel line in the from or the back of the fuel rail on the zr1 lines? You had to stretch the factory line?
