Attached is the routing for the bypass valve.

Capping the lower port and running the upper port to vacuum is the proper way to plumb the bypass to allow it to still function properly. Just will not have the electronic solenoid that the LSA PCM's use for overboost, abuse, etc. protection.

Do you guys have any problems with belt slip with the smaller pulleys? I am running the LSSimple 6 rib kit and wonder how small you can go before slip.

Where are you guys getting smaller 6 rib pulleys for the LSA blower?

Well I finally hit the dyno, the tune wasn't finished yet at this point obviously, it was actually running out of fuel pump. A quick fuel pump hot wire kit fixed it up though. I was hoping for 450 so I'm pretty happy!

By the chart it looks like you need to adjust the fuel enrichment ramp in, takes an awfully long time to achieve the desired A/F ratio. Unless you are targetting +12 A/F ratio 4200 RPM and below

Argue with me, or OP? I know the OP said the tune wasn't finished but this setup is far off from its original life as N/A motor. Should do partial hits and begin to dial it in closer to your setpoints. Small steps
