Default Log glowing red on cold start???

First off, I'm untuned right now, and I'm getting tuned on Monday. Anyway ive been messing with it getting ready for the tune. Now I noticed that on a cold start, within 3/4 minutes the log starts to glow red. I shut the truck off, let it cool for a few minutes, and fire it back up. At that point it get a little red, and then when the truck goes into closed loop (or when it's up to temp) it doesn't do it anymore and seems fine. I ran it a few time when I put it together, and didn't notice it. I finally got around to getting my iat spliced in and that's when I noticed it. It freaked me out. I'm pretty sure it's a tune thing, but I want to get a second opinion. Thanks

If its thin wall log it will do that.
I've seen headers glow red. NA.

Check air fuel once tuned.
Probably dumping a huge amount if fuel right now

Just worries me because this is just from idling. But I'm sure I'll figure it out Monday when I get tuned

It is likely not even a tune issue. Back when I was working at a Chrysler dealership the Omni/Horizons were just being released. Those cars brand new would turn the exhaust pipe from the manifold to the flex coupling bright red if left idling on the fast idle while warming up. This was prior to lean burn, or any form of computer control on the engine. It was a lean condition just off idle.
What you are seeing is a header tube glowing during warm up from likely the same thing.
