i was thinking of doing one of these spacers with a spray bar in it. you havent said which type of phenolic you are using have you? there are a bunch of different kinds.

 

Wow look at all that room. To bad the 112 can not go up 1" yet with out some cowl lov'n....
Talk'd with my cutter and have lots of options..

Intercooler is designed and the print is at the plant. We increased the depth, cooling areas, and air flow areas.

So I take it we buy the new intercooler from you and it comes with a spacer to match accordingly and the hardware needed too?

What kind of price are we talking? Im interested to see how this works with a larger heat exchanger and better pump....
