No, my truck's not down any longer. Installed the transmission middle of last week, finished my tuning last weekend.

Maybe someone who has a brand new Radix hidden in his closet for the last couple of years will send his to you for some R&D. Are you reading this Tom?

Glad you're up & running now, Roger. Those detailed pics u got of how close Radix is to cowl are the 1st I've seen up close like that.

Actually, not the closet, but it was in the den.

Yes, I've been reading this thread since its' inception. And contemplating the whole time.

Tom, if it's still gonna be a while before you plan to install it, you should talk to Trick about his timeline if you send it to him. If there's a possibility(and I know there is) to get a bigger intercooler stuffed in there, it's well worth it. Hell, if my truck wasn't my daily, I'd seriously be interested. I just can't have any more down time, unfortunately.

Oh, Tom, your cam choice is WEAK SAUCE!! Seriously, step it up Brother! You're giving up wayyyy too much.

We have been building tanks for a long time now. Great for adding ice. Phenolic spacers have been shown to help stop heat transfer. Has anyone checked with Maggie to confirm the blowers do not need to make contact with the intake for longivity?

What does longevity have to do with going fast?? lol

What kind of adverse affects need to be considered here? I can't think of any off the top of my head.

The Ford guys had mentioned the blowers were over heating becuase there was not heat transfer when they had used the pheonlic spacers. The blower could not transfer its heat into the cooling system. The heat had to go into the air. Now they are having to spin the snot out of their blowers trying to get 18+psi out of them. Probably will not be a problem since the Maggies are a better unit then the old eatons.

I am very interseted in the before and after tests. Once the hood closes ever thing is going to get hot especially here. 105'f today.
