I was able to cool my iAT's 7~10* by just adding a second smaller HE in series with the stock maggie HE. How much of a temp. decrease are you expecting from this combination of mods? I'm currently running 20~30* above ambient with this setup and any additional decrease in IAT's can only be beneficial so I'm watching this thread closely.

We should be able to do three bars. It's just a drawing tweek and money. LOL

not sure about coatings getting eaten. I know the old estons would but they issue without methanol. The bars allow you to spray down/at the runner.

And let's say you need want more methanol in one cylinder. Just increase that discharge hole slightly.

Methanol bars get drilled different the nitrous and fuel.

Why would the back cylinder see less boost.?

Something to think about?

Not sure the ic is 33% more volume and a single pass. By adding the gaskets that will help thermal transfer as well. And our new tank increasing the volume plus the ability to add a huge amount of ice. So it really depends on how hard it's been pushed too.

Everything is looking very Good. I like that spacer! Lol!. It is good that more out of the box thinking has taken place. Others will soon be able to enjoy the success from this. However, making a larger intercooler for the 2300 and then putting spacer in place will still put it on the floor of the lower manifold. I truly believe most of my spacer's gains are from the result of increased plenum volume.IMHO of coarse!

Anyone who gets in on this should see great results!
Here are a few important ones I have found with mine.

1. Increased plenum = Increased velocity.
2. Reduction of heat transfer/Heatsoak.
3. Allowing the fitment of Larger Injector's.
4. Consistant higher boost levels with less IAT's

Nice job!

Pm me I would like to share some info if possible!

Thanks, the intercooler fir the 2300 will be slot higher off the deck then the 112-122.
The 112/122 intakes could gain a huge amount by machining the runners out. Over 2" of space. .
Talk to you soon.
