Cowl hood might just work for a vette. We can build this with shorter basic stock thickness. The stock height version would cost a little more due to how they need to built but doable. Let me know if I can help you with your project.

Are you asking about your '05 truck, or are you asking about a '05 C5 Corvette with a MP112?

Still in the design stage but I think this IC will get the job done. And get those IATs down.
I will get some better picks up this weekend.

How much thicker is that? Looks to be almost 1/3 thicker; so what's that, like 1/2"? Rick, could u please throw up stock dimensions vs yours?

That's a bit more than I hoped. I was hoping $350-500. I don't have access to a machining center. Unless... well, that said, since I don't, what would be the way would be the best option for me to go, if I try to do this?

I'd like to see pics of the composite water tank. And pricing for that alone, when u can.

Yea Hotrodding is worth it.
Not sure just yet, once I get the qoute in on material for the spacers I will know more. You never know metal shops are weird when the price material out.
Stock IC I think are in that price range. Group buys are always an option. If I can build more per batch that would help the pricing.
I know this will help the cooling of any 112 IF these are any were close to the results of the lightning units this is the ticket for keeping them cool ;and adding ICE even better, composite tank even better.

Trick *** *********** Stock
3.5" thick.** ******** 2.4 thick
air rows 14 ** ******air rows 10
coolant rows 15** ** coolant rows 9
bar and plate ** *****tube and fin
single pass ** ******* dual pass

Hope this helps. let me know if we can help with your project. I will get you some pics up tommorrow on the tank. Tank only 175.00 range they are not quite finalized yet.

3"core is doable but adds cost to the build.

Rick, please don't take this as an insult. But when u say stock I/C are in that price range, I'm visualizing the Frozen Boost @ ~$200. Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought that was an intercooler. That said, does anyone actually make a U.S. made I/C? And I know it's not FrozenBoost.

I really wanna see this composite tank, cause if it looks like carbon, well...

When I originally typed my previous post, I had I prolly can't afford to do this unless there was a group buy. But I deleted it, cause i wanted to see I/C specs difference.

I see u mentioned that. How funny. How much would we be talkin then (on a Group Buy)?

Perhaps u can't provide that just yet, til the rest of the things that go along w/. this are finalized, well just say so then. Or if u prefer, PM me. Along w/. a phone # to contact u at. I may need some other things.
