Oh understand power to weight ratio. I don't want to bring up imports, but that is what they are all about, thats why my little 92 civic hatch with a stock swapped GSR motor dropped 1/4 mile times in half with just 180 hp, that why a stock R1(I'm obviously yamaha biased) will blow the doors off just about any factory super car.

I don't think got on it that hard but it was moving pretty good. I'm sure its a significant increase in power. I felt faster than my old 5.3 RCSB and faster than my 2013 V6 Tacoma. I wish hed let me drive it and that would help a little bit or at least make me smile a little bit :-0

Oh I'm sure. I think a turbo vehicle feels more powerful due to its sharp response to boost and acceleration. Thats one reason I like a turbo over SC, but that just me. SC have advantages for sure.

With a smaller pulley and some supporting mods, you may be able to surprise some people with a blower on a Tahoe.

Sadly it's broken right now

Oh yeah that looked like it moves out pretty good. What sort of HP numbers are you putting down?

I see what's in your SIG and wondering if it's that stage 4 4L60E that's broke??

I'm curious about what's listed in your SIG and what sort of numbers your getting and how you like it as a DD. I see a lot of people running a much higher stall converter, but maybe that's just due to a SC set up. I'm still learning here.

My CCSB went 13.4 @102 on 7-8 psi with headers as the only other real mod.

What kind of HP are you thinking? Forgive me but CCSB is a Chevy Colorado Short Bed? If so that's not too bad. It's a little bit lighter than a full size but still pretty impressive.

I'm on my 3rd 60E rebuild now, stock plus HD2 shift kit, then stage 2, now stage 3 with billet input shaft. Should have gone 4L80E from the beginning, but made it 4 years on the stock trans with the blower, so figured a built one would hold up even longer, haha.

It's down because of 5 cylinders not firing all of a sudden and haven't figured out why yet.

It's a DD so didn't want to go crazy on the stall speed. It's enough to get the pig off the line, but not annoying. If I didn't tell you it was aftermarket, you wouldn't notice under normal throttle. It's on the stock converter in the video, feels a bit quicker off the line now.

I'd guess it's ~460rwhp, ~550rwtq on a good day.

Gas mileage is terrible on e85, about 9 around town, if I go easy. I've seen 7 when I drive a bit more spirited. I'm about 12 on 93 octane, so not awful, but I have to use premium which isn't cheap (well it is when oil is $45). Something to consider if you want to DD it and take it on road trips.

Yea any bolt on blower kit won't impress you... They're gonna take some tweaks. Fairly minor tweaks, but tweaks none the less. That was likely a 14 second car you rode in. My truck went mid 11's with a 1900 which is a marginal step forward from that 112.
