check all of your grounds as well...especially g103 and g104....18ga wire...one with the starter ground below the ps pump, the other on the back of the block passenger side next to oil pressure sending unit.

may not be related...but can cause big issues.

OK pulled all lines even the gauge line plugged all of them same thing. Runs fine for around 30seconds and the goes up to 2000-2500
Checked all ground all are good even added one on the other head.

No way to get to the muffler shop and have new stuff put on. Could this be the problem? No Cat's on it and no mufflers just about 3' of pipe off the headers. Do have the o2 sensors in place.

the ground goes to the block, not the head on the pass side. its is critical since it is responsible for 02s, hvac pressure cycle, maf, tps.

bad o2s?

To check for vacuum leaks, spray carb/choke cleaner around the throttle body, intake gaskets, fuel injectors, vacuum lines, brake booster, etc, with the engine idling. If the idle goes up or down while doing this, you have found your problem.

What type of throttle body gasket did you end up using?

I still don't understand how you applied 15 psi to check things.

What type of throttle body gasket did you end up using? :A new one from GM.

I still don't understand how you applied 15 psi to check things. ulled the brake booster line off at the booster blocked off the intake at the TB and put the air to it. Not the best way to do it but best I could do with out pulling it all apart again.

The way you described checking the intake for leaks wouldn't tell you if you have any damaged injector o-rings, or leaking throttle body gaskets, or leaking intake manifold gaskets. Also won't tell you if something between the MAF sensor and the throttle body is allowing unmetered air to enter the intake tube. I saw that you lifted the Radix off the engine by hooking straps to the fuel rails. Something may have been damaged while you were doing that also.

The first gasket. Put on a new gaskets before I reset the blower. Talked to a guy today and he said to reset the pcm for the crack sensor. Right now I am getting code PO1336 telling me the PCM has not learned the crack sensor. And that is way the idle is high.

Definately want to get the crank relearn done. Usually seems to make them idle rough & stall, with the check engine light staying on, but you never know.

Difficult to give good advice from so far away, but I still try.
