install tune file before or after supercharger?

If you are installing lager injectors with the supercharger, then you can NOT install the tune (and start/drive it) until the truck has the bigger injectors. Other then that, it makes no difference.

install befor. I had a problem with my tuner and and couldnt drive my truck for 2 days untill I got it fixed. It was a SCT tuner that came with my sc not a auto cal. dont install and drive on the sc tune befor you install the sc.
