hmm define not bad... I've seen people put up with a lot thats "not bad". I guess I'm just fussy.
Is it bad to run injectors at or near 100%IDC?
What does running them above 100 do... they can't exactly quirt in more fuel can they

From my understanding anything above 100% just means that the PCM is commanding that much fuel but the injectors are not keeping up. Also, above 80% IDC the injectors are no longer linear and therefor no loner predictable.

100% duty cycle is the injector pintle help open, or static. Obviously if duty cycles over 100% are commanded, the injector cant flow anymore, the engine goes lean.
BTW injectors are rated at 100% duty cycle or help wide open at usually 3BAR or 43.5psi rail pressure. 50% duty cycle is 50% of the time open, 50% of the time closed.
