With your truck being only a 5.3L and being a returnless system you may be close. At 15psi your fuel pressure should be around 75psi. That is going to be a big help. Shift rpm would probably be a big point in the issue of if they are big enough, especially with that cam. I'd be more concerned about the tuning....

I believe you ment return fuel system, good luck seeing that pressure on a returnless.

ok...so is it or isn't it? on a return system being the op's truck is an 01. How far can the 42lbs go on a return system?

Here is a reference, on my 4.8 with 210/218 .551 lift cam, I made 505 rwhp spinning it to 6200 with 43's and a M15 meth nozzle squirting -20* WWF. Injector Duty cycle was 105% and aft was about 11.3. Boost was 11psi and my truck is a return style fuel regulator.

I got my Siemens Decka 60s from BlownChevy for 275 shipped... Spaced the rails and swapped plugs and was done... It was an easy swap really.
