Arrow Injector Questions for Boost

I am about to swap in a 6.0 for my little 4.8. I am currently running 42# Injectors at 6 psi, with the occasional boost creap to no more than 9lbs, with no problem. I dyno'd at ~400 rwhp and tq, but only saw 4.6 #'s on the dyno, and i dont remember what he said my duty cycle was. I wasnt planning on upgrading injectors w/ the motor swap, but running a hot cam and a bit more horsepower, the injectors are making me nervous. I was planning on maybe running meth, but no nitrous. What would ya'll recommend i do for this application. I saw the 68# injectors at nelson, but i would have to buy the instillation kit also. Is there any other modifications i would have to do to run that injector?
Advice and help is greatly appreciated.

You will need to change the pigtails that plug into the injectors. Nelson sales them. 5/8 spacers to raise the fuel rails up. I used washers to raise them. Thats it.

Just another option if your looking for something completely plug-n-play

https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...d.php?t=412938

Otherwise, the ones from Summit without the pig tails are like $15 with free shipping. Cant do any better than that if you want to do the "cut and splice" deal. 60's took my IDC from 106% (with the 42's) down to 60%.

So those adapters will plug and play with the 68# Siemens injectors correct? And you are selling these?

Our trucks have the multec2 connections. These are multec2 -to- LS1 adapters. Most are using the Seimen/Motron/DEKA 60's which is what i assume you are talking about. I can get the parts and solder them up for the guys here who are looking for a plug-n-play-alternative. The summit option is cheaper if you dont mind cutting your harness. If you are interested in the adapters PM me as it will take me about a week to get the parts, make them for you, and ship'em out. I dont have them sitting on a shelf , i just put'em together if someone is interested.

Alright, that sounds good. I'll let you know if i decide to go your route.
On Nelson is says they are 68# Injectors, but im assuming they would need the same modifications since they are plug and play for LS1's.?

The injectors you are refering too are Siemens 60's, they are rated at 62lb per hour at 43.5 psi. With GM fuel pressure they are actually 72lb per hour. Same injectors I have and that Whippled496 has.

oh ok, Thanks sierra. Those injectors would be plenty big enough for a turbo'd 6.0 at moderate boost i would think?
