I have some Boost Questions

Hi everyone! I have built a forged bottom 6.0 with Z06 valvetrain, P&P heads, Fast 90 manifold. Then I picked up a 2 belt whipple for a good price. I moved the blower out to the side and up 1" diagonally by modifying the mounting brackets to get the discharge to clear the top of the fast 90 TB flange. Made some custom tubes and flange and got it on there. IAC bung on the back side of the discharge tube too.
Back to my questions. I measured the outside diameter of my pulleys and this is what I got. 3.5" on the top and 6.25" on the crank. Does these sizes sound familiar? Anyone know how much boost I might have with this 6.0, with flat top pistons? What would I need to do to get 10 pounds of boost? I know I have my idler pulleys mixed up in the pic, it's just mocked up. Thanks

Clever way to re-aim the discharge! You'll probably get about 4 psi with that pulley combo. That will be fine with the right injectors and a tune for now. Don't worry about increasing boost until you get your intercooler installed. You should be able to get 10 psi with a 2-3/4" or so top pulley. PM me when you are ready, I have a pulley or two for sale that might get you 8 psi.

Thanks MikeGyver! I have a snow perf meth kit I am installing with this setup and 42# injectors are in the manifold. I have the MSD adapters to adapt them to my injector harness. I would like to save up and put a air to water intercooler on later. Need more money though. How much do you want for a 3 or 2.75 pulley? You can PM me if you dont want to post. Or if you want to do some trading for pulleys I have a FAST 90 Throttle body that I'm not going to use anymore.
