But I already blew head gaskets and my truck wont start
. wont build compression at all. just turns over and doesnt even act like it wants to start. But it ran like a raped ape for a few seconds.

well i dont know for sure but i called a performance shop in my area and from what i described he said that hes almost positive the head gaskets blew. and i dont know how much boost i was running.. i think i may have hooked the wg up wrong.. so i am just not sure. i was to impatient and i might of over looked something. all the plugs are good.

Did you have a boost gauge hooked up? Man sorry to hear about that but i was laughing my *** off when i read the title then your post.... I have learned you have to be very patient with Turbo stuff because if you dont do it as a daily job there is a 100% chance something will be off lol... Keep us informed hopefully its not to major

I'm not trying to imply that you don't know what you're doing because I'm totally new to this stuff myself. But from your posts I'm getting the impression that you might have just bolted the turbo parts on and let'r'buck?
Was there a base tune loaded?
Did you have a wideband logging your AFR?

There was a base tune. N/a a/f was in the low 10s. I didnt have a bung welded up yet for mr a/f gauge. Hoping its nithing to bad. Supposed to be a 7lb spring but I cant remember for the life of me if I hooked it up to the right port on the wg. if I hookef it up wrong will it give alot more than 7lbs? I never floored it all the way. Was pretty much just testing the driveability. Had alot of pressure somewhere cause oil would come out of the dipstick after it somewhat boosted up.

If you hooked it to the wrong port on the wastegate, the wastegate would never open and you will overboost your engine. If you got on it very hard its likely you did this, did you hear the turbo spool up? If you have oil coming out of your dipstick, you were into boost enough to really fawk up in your situation...

You have some major issues man....if you hooked it up to the wrong port you probably saw like 30lbs of boost...any oil shooting out of the dipstick means the crankcase was being boosted which could come from blown valve seals or piston rings...
