Hey guys, just an update. New downpipe fits great! Truck runs pretty good! Been trying to figure out why my EBC isn't working but I THINK I got it figured out. The turbo is LOUD.

Finally about got mine ready to goto the dyno as well. My down pipe needs some more bend at the v flange that connects to the muffler side. Its pointing down about a couple degrees and won't allow the extension to be bolted in place turned the correct way. I'll take a jack and push up on the bend , then do some heat shrinking with the torch to get the bend to come up.
Also the oil outlet on the huron speed turbo is a complete pain in the ***. The drain hose needs bolted to the outlet manifold and clocked correctly AND you have to ditch one of the compressor clamping bolts in order for it to fit.

No clearance here.

Intercooler mounting bracket is too short???

I fabbed the coolant reservoir tank to go under the fender brace.i also deleted the Y at the water pump and converted it to a T at the reservoir tank.

depending which turbo you are running, this outlet may be higher or lower than another. If you are too low and touching the t stat housing on the coupler off the turbo, you can simply trim the coupler a bit on the turbo side to slide it up higher on the turbo and it will give you more room here. Anything you need always feel free to reach out direct, always happy to assist! Jon@huronspeed.com

My downpipe was pure hell to get installed but but once it was on it has plenty of clearance, my only real issue was a leaking fitting from the turbo oil feed line at the turbo. Leaked onto the turbo blanket and smoked like hell. Scared me good when I smelled burning oil and saw all that smoke coming out from under the hood. New feed line and turbo blanket and its good except transmission it aint very happy right now.
