Not to burst your bubble but a cog drive will destroy your D1. The transmissions in the D series blowers don't cooperate with cog drives. You should not have any issues with belt slip and a 4.1 pulley.

A 3.70" should get you to around 15lbs.

No need, expensive to convert to and they are rough on the Procharger bearings and gears (unless you run one of those slipper clutches).

LLB, Every motor/combination is a little different. Get it running with the 4.10" and see where your at on boost. The 10.5-11lbs is going to seem awesome and then you'll have a chance to get everything dailed in (fuel, tune, transmission, etc) before you step up the boost.

It's not that you'll be over spinning the D1, they just don't like cog setups. You'll be just fine with a 6 or 8 rib setup. As far as psi, like Rick Vor said, start with the 4.1 and then step up from there.

You will need to switch out that under-drive pulley your running for a stock OEM harmonic balance/pulley. You won't need to worry about over-spinning a D-1SC. It will take some pretty serious RPM and boost to redline it.

Dude, you can calculate blower speed. I showed you how here: https://ls1tech.com/forums/forced-in...sc-346-ci.html

...and again, you shouldn't be overly concerned with boost numbers. As I have told you and as others have stated on this thread, start small (bigger pulley) and work your way up. There is no magic pulley combo that we can tell you that will make 15 psi. So your gonna just have to work into it.
