My setup is pushing around 95% duty cycle at 6-6.5lbs boost, with a AFR of 11.6. I have the 43lb injectors and 255lph pump, when I added the intercooler my IDC went up considerably. Before the intercooler I had it pullied at 10lbs for a day or so and it resulted in 107 IDC, so I droped it back down. 6lb with the intercooler runs much better then 10lb without, of course the extra 8deg. of timing helps as well.

Don't mean to hijack, but I'm contemplating adding a small shot to mine 2 (or meth).
You can do a shot of juice but do some math first...Kinda long but, I'm bored right now.
Example> Say I wanna make 600 HP. Heres the calc: HP x BSFC = fuel required.
600 x .6 (used for F/I ) = 360 (lbs. per hr. of fuel needed) now you know how much fuel is needed to make 600 hp.
Then injector capacity is calculated: 360 lbs. per hr / 8 (# of injectors)= 45. Thats 45 lbs'er @ 100% Injector duty cycle. Gotta go with 80 % because injectors wont run 100% all the time.
Ok, 45 / .80 = 56.25 thats the magic # now round up and get sum 60 lb injectors
Now determine the fuel pump requirements: Gallons per hour is calculated like this; divide lbs. per hr. by the fuel mass. Gas weighs roughly 6 lbs per gal. so: 360(lbs. per hr.) / 6 (lbs. per gal. = 60 gals. per hour
Don't know what your goal is but
THE ANSWER IS: If you want to make 600 HP. Get 60 lb. injectors and a pump rated at 360 lbs. per hour. Then boost/ spray it til the tranny

Start off with a 35 shot, then go up to a 50 (wet kit will be the easies). Install a FPSS, if your pump or system can not handle it your FPSS will shut it down.
The 02 6.0 we ran 10 psi stock fuel pump no problem at all. Allen at Nelsons was shocked that the stock pump was fine.
Each truck or each pump has its own flow rate. The fpss is a fail safe. Another way to tell is watch the a fuel pressure gauge.
week pump system pressure will fall and stay fallen pump can not handle flow requirments.
IF your pump is up to the task, psi will twitch down and bounce right back to set pressure (s).
Good luck start small and do not get greedy....
btw, nitrous system will show high HP then your jetting. your 35 will be closer to 50 and 50 will be closer to 70.

Hey Joel, call Brian and he has all of our Dynos saved on his computer. When I was dynoing(SP?) my truck he showed me your 498 HP pull. If you lost your papers, I am sure he can email you another copy.
The fuel system is gonna be the least of your problems I bet......How much longer is your ORIGINAL tranny gonna last?
