How high to spin engine w/ Radix?

On my 5.3 SSR my best shift point is 6300, Have Comp bee hive springs, Better springs is a must, When they dyno it they rev it to 7,000 rpms

when I first got into modding, i was reading parish's write ups and he talked extensively about the gtech helping him shift at the right spots. That's why I don't shift in 6000's nor under 5700, I have a gtech.
