Been working too much lately so I have not given to much thought about it.
Every book I have read, even in the how too ls1 book I have.
Every boosted motor build had 42 lb. injectors and an after market regulator with the fuel pressure set to 80 psi for the tune to make the most horse power.
I know out their on the web is a table for a set of 42 lb. injectors at different fuel pressures.
All I remember about the read was that the higher fuel pressure made the injector shoot out more fuel, tuned for lower cycles and that the steady 80 psi made tuning much easier because it remained constant at all rpm levels.
All of this was well over a year ago when I was hunting for a better set of injectors.
I know because of this I choose the 42 lb ford green tops over the delphi 42 lb blacks.

At 80psi, 43's take you to 700ish flywheel hp.

if you are sure you will need more fuel later why dont you want to step up to the 96's now? i had some 58's? when i switched over to the lowz 96's the truck was actualy easier to tune. it seems like the peek and hold(lowz) injectors are easier to tune and have better control.

i ran my lq4 at 14psi for a long time(about a year with lots of runs). i tried it at 15 and 16psi more than a few times but the turbo was running out of breath at that level and it seemed to like 14psi the best. i had rod bolts, head studs and valve springs in that thing and that was it. dont let it knock and it will run for along time, let it knock and it could die instantly.

Same here, i dont have quite 430rwhp, maybe more like 395-400. I have 65psi-68psi @ WOT with 44lb'ers on the stock pump. No problems at all yet for me.

One reason not to run both all the time is because they are just heating the fuel up more. It seems to work fine for you but, just stating one reason not to run them both all the time.

You guys run 100% meth, right? Two 15s or a single?
both run 100% meth...cablebandit runs 2 injectors...I don't believe quicksilverado does...Jerry can probably shed some light on the IDC for both of them if David doesn't chime back in...also, Jerry runs two in-tank Walbro's w/ hobbs switch...
