Your setup would work fine with a turbo, just set 12-14lbs max boost with that scr. The cam will bleed off a little but go with a large turbo so you have room to grow, probably an 88mm would be excellent. Then you can grow to 1100rwhp as your heart and checkbook desire. You will make enough off selling the tvs2300 you will have most of the kit paid for.

Boost is boost as far as the cylinder is concerned, doesn't matter what forced it through the intake ports. CR is going to lowering the overall timing you can run but that problem will be greatly reduced with the fact that you're running e85. The cam should probably be swapped though. Look at what stock48 is doing with a tiny 212/212 112lsa cam. With that said I'd just spray it.
