Boost is boost as far as the cylinder is concerned, doesn't matter what forced it through the intake ports. CR is going to lowering the overall timing you can run but that problem will be greatly reduced with the fact that you're running e85. The cam should probably be swapped though. Look at what stock48 is doing with a tiny 212/212 112lsa cam. With that said I'd just spray it.
