it looks as if you have the new set up as do i from Maggie. I bought metco oulleys as well and the 90mm will not work onn the right side unless you do some grinding on the bracket and IMO not a good idea. I went with a 100mm on the rightside and a 90mm on the left. The 100mm since there is this lip on the new set up that the old stock idler would press fit over when you tighten up the bolt you have to use 1 washer on the back side with the extra spacer you need to order from maggie like 8 bucks or somethin stuck in from the front not the back for it to work with out grinding on the bracket. But the belt did still ride kind of like your pic but as long as it is still inline and all the way on ythe pulley i see no problems. It wont go on the pulley more than that w/o grinding and like i said i dont think thats a good diea

Well that's a relief, I can take these off my list of "things I still need to do"

ahem, your belt throwing problems were not solved by JUST those pulleys, sorry. Your truck went how many miles without a belt problem?

The DO NOT provide more belt wrap, they DO not do anything but look pretty. Save your money and buy a TB spacer, it will do more.

Really, seems to me your were driving your truck quite a bit before you had an issue with a belt. I think a stretched belt was the problem, or ever a faulty tensioner.....but not those pulleys.

On mine those pulley's were doing a high speed wobble and throwing the belt on the dyno. I tried both the 100's and 90's in every different combination and they didnt work. Kevin at MagnaCharger had to make a pulley on the spot and cured the problem. I got away with using one between the MagnaCharger pulley and the Alt for a little while till the newest pulleys I have now.
