If you were closer I would say to stop by the house on a weekend and we can troubleshoot the problem.

My belt looked similar to yours. For me, it was a two-part fix. First, alternator looked like it was sitting too far back, I loosened the bolts and put a shim under each side between alternator and bracket, to bring the alternator out just a little. Second, it was smooth pulley on my tensioner that I got from Magnacharger, turns out i needed a ribbed pulley on it. Once I did that, problem dissapeared completely.

i flipped the supercharger pulley to push it further out, and it seems to have worked. if anything its just a little bit too far out now.
are your guys' pulleys with the numbering on the inside or outside?

After I swapped pulley to a 2.9" one that I bought from Magnacharger, the belt sat waay too far in. I ended up throwing like almost a 1/4" spacer behind it. I called magnacharger about it, they are clueless, and so am I. Pulley is on letters out, seems to run fine with my spacer in there and not throwing any belts or any foreign noises. Puller was used to remove the stock pulley, and impact gun to tighten the nut after new pulley was firmly on the shaft.

sounds to me like someone sent the wrong pulley. Do you have the original paperwork? If so PM me the invoice number.

Unfortunately this was a month or two ago, and i dont have the paperwork...I did however call right after I tried to put it on, and iirc I spoke to David who re-assured me they send me the right pulley. I even spoke to their tech support and they were clueless as well. They said like maybe the seal got pushed back in or something, but i think i would have a lot of nose by now or something would have broke, but its running fine...
