Well it has been a long time since I have posted so thought I would post this, Took the 04 SSR to the track last week and in all my years of racing don't remember a night like it, A few might remember the trouble I have had with the motor in this SSR, Well still trying to get the tune right, The 100mm MAf is a real pain but to the track, A friend of mine come up and said I am racing you in the finals, He has a blue Vaga with a Chevy small block, Well races him in the first round and beat him and the next round the guy pulled a red and the next round I had low RT and got a bye and then the next round I got another bye, Next round guy red lighted and in the finals a 09 Shelby KR 500 red lighted, A guy let me use his Hero cam and that thing is pretty neat. The performance part is, the SSR has a 377 LS6 with a 122 Maggie and thinking about over driving the rear but like I said I am still not tuned and they are saying I am running to fast now not to have a roll bar, Would I get more heat or less if I over drive the rear with more air, I can get away with the speed and weight here and can detune if I need to, Here is that cam shot
