That's the same turbo I ran previously. Really good unit. Will make 800-850 rwhp.

How did the S475 spool on your truck? I'm assuming you had it on the 6.0 in your sig...

Nice. I'm looking forward to seeing what it will do on my 6.2. Do I absolutely need a BOV? I'm only going to be running 6 psi, if that matters.

6 psi to start. Once I get more injector I'll turn it up. I also don't want to nuke the trans quite yet.

Working on getting the intercooler piping. What diameter should I be running on the hot side and on the cold side? I've seen people recommending 4" on the cold side but is that overkill for just ~500 whp? I'm thinking of running 3" on both sides of the intercooler.

I'll just go 3" on the hot side and 4" on the cold side. As for oil supply; my cooler lines are leaking so I'm going to replace those. I'm thinking of tapping the block that mounts to the engine to get oil to the turbo. It seems as though this has been done many times but I can't seem to find a clear picture of where I need to drill/tap. Can anybody help me out here? What size drill and tap will I need?

Ok, found a good pic of the location of the drain. I'm planning on using -10 for the return and was wondering if I need a -10 x 1/2 NPT or a -10 x 3/4 NPT for the fitting in the pan?
