Default Gain's from Small to Big

What would be the gain's from 112 to 122 and then to the 1900 and the 2300.
This would be on a 5.3 stock. I have also scored a low mileage 6.0 for $300 may
even upgrade to it. Looking for best power pulling. The truck is a 02 with a 5.3 and a 112 maggie on it now.

Why jump from blower to blower? Just get one that suits your needs and stick with it.

That is what I am trying to find out. I love the 112 I have now. But could use more power pulling. Would I be better off staying with the 5.3 and a lager Blower or go through the work of putting in the 6.0 and a blower.

I wouldn't mess with a 122. Never really seen one live up to expectations. If your looking to up grade, then a TVS1900 would be the blower of chose. Just pulley it for your desired boost/power needs and run it. Unless there is a problem with your 5.3, I'd leave it as well.

Your foolish to get rid of your 112 just to have a 1900,

What gears are you running? Do you have a cam ? Is your tuning optimal? Long tube headers?

These things will make your current combo more powerful and your not throwing money on another blower that really wont do much more than you have now. Do cooler IAT's mean anything to you when your not street/drag racing every second?

You really need a Duramax if towing is your main concern, you'll never look back.

He's just looking for differences in these blowers. Has anyone had more than one on their same engine setup? How did they compare?

I'd like to know how they all compare to each other as well (low end, high end, boost #'s and how much you liked either one).

The Motor is fine. Long Tube Headers. No Cam. 2.9 pulley on the blower. My real killer is my gear it has a set of 3:43 in it now. Nelson tune. The blower seems to run cool most of the time. But put the enclose 21' behind it and a few long hills and it heat up.

Drove a Duramax to Ca. and back with a 36' enclose boy they are sweet but just not in my budget.

Bigger intercooler, bigger HX, maybe machine the runners out to help the air flow a little better. OR install a spacer and some methanol, again to help air flow and cool some things off.

Loop the water, bo the heater core bypass and run the ac.

Basicly have to get the water cooler to get more heat out of the system and get the air moving easier.

just a thought.

Was thinking of a bigger cooler but finding room for it. Been looking at you new larger tank and spacer. Been looking into putting a cooler behind the bumper and adding fans to it. I do think heat is the killer. The truck sure is running nice now with this cooler weather. Seems to be pulling better too. And that may all be in my head.
