Get a cam and a low-stall torque converter and you will change your mind about upgrading blowers.

HAHAHA Would not need the Dmax then. I have way to much fun with the Nova to get reed of it. Just keeping them Mustang guys mad is good reason to keep the Nova. That thing runs in the low 9's

The good ole gt2-3 cam and a 2600 triple disk from any of the vendors would work awesome in your truck. Ive got a gt2-3 in a LQ4 that Ill be throwing a 112 on with a 2400ish converter that Ill be towing stuff here and there with Ill let you know how it works out. So far Im really liking the gt2-3 cam NA, tons of low end tq, not as much as my stroker motor had but for such a mild combo it really works well.

For sure let me know. No way I am going to get anything done on the truck this winter as the Nova has to come apart.

Don't mess with fans if the HX is in the grill. They are a waste and will hurt air flow at driving speeds. Good for in the pits, sitting still, etc.

Yea, cooler weather to start with really helps.

What type of air inlet you running?
