I re pinned this wiring harness, switch A and D and all is good now! so if the OP is considering doing a hot wire kit then, I'd go for it. If you have problems with blowing the pcmb 2 fuse under the hood, then you can just switch out the wires. So thanks for the wiring diagram. Hope this helps out any one

Just FYI, if your fuel pump was wired backwards it will spin backwards. Double check that it's pumping and not trying to suck from the line (yes, I wired the one in my yukon backwards and there was a lot of swearing before I realized why it wasn't building pressure).

Anyone know why they changed pump connectors?

And another question. Im considering doing the return setup using the stock feed line and just adding a return line. Heres the idea. Is there quick connect fittings the connect to the factory fuel lines under the hood? Was thinking adding a fitting from the feed line that would run to the regulator, then from the regulator to the factory connect for the fuel rails. Then the return line to the tank. Is this a satisfactory setup? What size return line? Best place to tap into the bucket for return line? Thanks Nick.

not sure what the part number was on the aero 340 i used but i think any of them will work.i think the only difference is which side the inlet is on.my pump come with connector and hose.if you go with return style then you can take regulator out your bucket and they will be plenty of room to run the walbro and aero 340.thats what i did

thats exactly how i did mine.yes russell and aeromotive makes the factory quick connects.i used -6 pushloc hose as a return with a bulkhead fitting in the top of the tank.that was easier than putting it in the top of the bucket but it might have been better there but it works good
