Well If I do two pumps I might just do another walbro. Do you have both yours running all the time or the second on a hobbs? Where in the top of the tank did you put the fitting? Does seem like the top of the bucket might be a better idea?

On a factory return style fuel rail, the 3/8" fitting is for the feed, and the 5/16" is for the return.

they run all the time.the walbro is on stock wiring and the aero is on a hotwire kit.its right on top of the tank, about 2 inches away from the bucket.it might be a better idea cuz the returned fuel will go right back in the bucket but mine works good like it is.

You can get it from napa: part # H213. It's expensive though!

So with the regulator setup. I know the feed comes in to the regulator, but how did you do it as far as from the regulator to the rails and to the tank. The fuel pressure has to be regulated before it hits the rails? This is what I am a little unclear on.

It doesnt really matter where its regulated. After the rail would be better but before the rail is just fine as well.

Run your factory fuel line into an aftermarket fuel regulator like aeromotive, then run braided hose from the other outlet to your fuel rail with that adapter fitting. You could run braided -6 hose from the return at the bottom of the regulator and put a bulkhead on your fuel bucket for the return.

Alright so I think Im gonna pull the trigger and start ordering the stuff for the dual pump setup. Questions... Opinions on running both pumps together or running one on a hobbs switch. Thinking about letting both of them run all the time, less stuff to worry about and less wiring. Hotwire kit, is it really nessasary considering you have two pumps running vs the one? As far as the return to the bulkhead. Are you guys just letting the fuel dump straight from the bulkhead or adding line to the bulkhead to go down into the bucket? Thanks Nick

And what about switching up and using the feed as the return and the new line as the feed. Then just running a inline filter on the new feed line..
