Here is our finsihed Front Low Mount kit. LpGuy purchase a kit even before we had the tooling finished. Special thanks to him for purchasing a kit. He allowed us to use his finished kit for our picks. The only diffence in the pics and his kit will be the coated turbine housing. We sent a exhuast housing for coating, prior to his turbo arriving. Turbonetics switched to a new exhaust wheel so the first housing does not fit.
Even though its the same part number; the wheel is taller at the tip. So the new housing is off to the coaters.
We mount the turbo down low, allowing you to keep your stock manifolds. This is just another option for one that wants to go turbo, and does not want the turbo in the back of the vehicle. Having the turbo so close keeps the spool rate up, with little to no lag.
Intercooler is included with this kit, so you just need some injectors, tuning, final exhaust connections and a couple of days.
This kit sells for 3900.00(includes the intercooler) with normally a k&n airfilter under the truck. LpGuy's kit has the air inlet moved to the stock location, so no worries about water getting into the turbo.

Kit mounted under truck, showing oil line from trubo to pump routing.

Pump returning heading up to the valve cover filler cap.

Filler cap.
il
Clearance bewteen pump and exhaust pipe.

fresh air inlet with clamp holding to frame.

stock air box routing for fresh air tubing.

special notes: This kit does require the truck have electric fans. This layout will not work a stock fan shroud. Unless one wants to do alot of modifing...

The 3" air inlet in the pick is the lowest point. 3" below the front cross memeber.
Not sure about the 4x4 iI donot have one. Would you like to get a discount on a kit to confirm yes or no.
\
I would send you the pipes (for a price) to confirm this data for me. Of coarse if it is something simple we can always tweek it...
I think the drivers side is good, the passenger side I do not think there is anything there, torque arm maybe,,, you would need to relocate the oil pump.
