anybody on put a fount mount turbo on a 2500hd 6.0l ?

Yes we do. We have been building kit for these trucks for years and have had several requests for different things. So we are in the process of releasing a NEW kit to the GM market...

go here for my 2500hd on 35's with a KBRacing front mount. I'm running 8-10lbs right now.

why did you have to relocate the batter also what are you useing for the fule system. didn't the hot pipes work that you get in a kit why did you have to mod the pipe from the driverside to passanger thanks

I mounted the intercooler and 3" piping, in the same area as a stock Duramax. As there would be to much to cutout to mount it in the typical 1/2 ton location. This required moving the pcm and battery for room to work with.

Nelson Perf supplied me with an intank 255 and I have Motron 60lb injectors with my stock returnless system.

I had to mod the crossover because of the 6" of lift on my truck, to clear the front driveshaft.. I didn't have time to make a new driver side/crossover so I used what I had available.

thanks for the info i just have a levleing kit with 33 inch tires. did kbracing give you every to do the kit and where did you get the bracets for the battery and intrcooler

For the oil drain I dropped the pan and have a -10 fitting 1.5" below the pan rail top edge, above the low level sensor.

The kit I got from KB was his standard kit, only no piping was cut as typical for his shipped 1/2 ton units. I used a Duramax battery tray and everythig else is good 'ole time and welding slag. On all the brackets and mounts I used as much of the factory mounting points as possible to simplify things alot. Also I cut quite a bit out (then reinforced) of the lower passenger front inner fender to core support bracket to clear the overflow tank lines, ac lines, and intercooler pipe on that side.
