As for oil on the MAF, if you're FI and pushing more than 6psi then I highly recommend going to a SD tune anyway.

That's the one, but I'm thinking of putting it into the inlet side of the compressor. You can't have too much vacuum in the crankcase IMO. It improves ring seal and who knows, you might actually pick up a little more boost and some power. I don't see any smoke coming out of my tailpipe either, but its har to tell since my WG vents separatley with a turn down it blows all the dirt of the road when I get into boost.

So did you just use the chrome things? What are the little pipes for and the things that resemble PCV valves?
You run one off each PCV orfice on the valve covers then combine the two lines and run it the exhaust after the turbo correct?
Sorry for all the questions I just want to set my **** up right the first time so I dont have this problem.

The price on the Mr Gasket kit is pretty damm cheap but the chrome parts that plug into the valve cover won't fit, at least not on the passenger side cover and there is not a lot of room on the drivers cover way in the back where the stock PCV sits.

I hade to use a PVC barbed coupling and a short piece of 1" ID radiator hose to get the breather into the driver's sice valve cover. From there I y'd in the passerger side breather hose and ran a like to the exhaust check valve. I decided to notch the nipple similar to the Moroso kit, because I feel it will give a better vacuum signal. I then welded the nipple in the exhaust pipe at a 45* per the instructions. When I move it to the intake side, I think I'm going to install a big compressor air/oil separator before the check valve.

When you go to the larger seperator what kind of flow specs will you be looking for? The psi means nothing to us since we are not talking much psi, but volume means quits a bit.
I have never checked the actual psi that the crankcase is putting out, it would be interesting to know just how much. It has to be over 10psi, thinking this because it would take at least that to push the fill cap out as well as the dipstick.
I could be dead wrong on this.

Could this problem be caused simply by overflowing the heads ability to drain the oil that the pump is delivering. Seems like the oil should return to the pan instead of the valve cover anyway.?. This topic scares me

, sts on the way.Most of the oil I see is coming from the driver's side valve cover where the stock pcv valve is located. I don't think it has anything to do with the oil being returned to the valve cover on the passenger side.
I'd like to see a skematic of all the oil passages in a GenIII engine to be sure of what your saying is not happening and maybe learn some others things a well.
If you have an STS on the way ask whoever your buying it from these types of questions and see what they reply, I'd be interested in hearing what they have to say about it.
