In addition, I've been watching for any knock retard whenever I go out for test runs on the back roads, I've never seen ANY knock retard when watching live data.
If I had a bore-scope I would have checked it a long time ago, have to find a reputable shop near by that will either let me use one or do it for me.
I appreciate all the input Dave.
Just to throw some more info out there, my engine runs and sounds perfect, no strange noises, no rattling or knock, and when you get into the throttle it performs, it just pushes the oil cap out now.
I'm kind of leaning toward the fact that the STS oil return is attached to the cap, and under boost it wants to push that oil back out the nearest exit, the cap.
If I can't use the things I have as catch cans I will use the turbo's exhaust to pull some vacumn, keep the oil crap out of my charge pipes.
Keep the help and suggestions coming, it gives me more things to check and eliminate.
Either way I will be checking for a cracked or chipped pistion, if I find one...or more at least I'll know I'm f-ed.

I had my STS turbo on for a while with no oil issues at 10 psi. Then one day I noticed the dip stick was pushed out. I fixed that, but then found oil was coming from around the filler tube. Tried to fix that too but it kept on spraying.

Did a cold comp test and found some cylinders were down. Here's what they looked like. You could never tell with just the heads off as the damage was below the rings

I know it's not what you wanted to hear, hope yours is something else.....

YIKES!
Did you hear any strange clunking or clanking sound from the engine??
What the hell do they make these pistons out of...white metal????
I hope mine don't look the same.
Are you going with forged pistons as replacements or something all together different?? Keep us in the loop.
If mine are f-ed up I really dont want to go crazy with the engine, maybe a piston upgrade but no boring and stroking BS.
Are the 6.0l pistons any more capable at handling boost?? If so may just get a 6.ol and do the swap then junk the RONCO 5.3l

I'm goin to Japan this Satuday for about 9 days, I hope I can get internet at the hotel.

I've already blown enough cash on the POS to have bought a used Porche or something faster and less of a PITA, I don't really want to get much deeper.

5psi will be enough for me......$4250.000......ya right ......oh I just need Injectors to run more boost??....$300.00......oh and a fuel pump too...no biggie......$250.00.....and a two stage boost controller.....$125.00......hmm trannies fried, have to rebuild that......oh well I knew deep down it would go sooner or later.....$2150.00.......wow tires are bald all the way around....$650.00.......really need an intercooler to run higher than 6psi after all, IATs are 175*+.....$500.00.......hmm seems to be blowing oil out on a regular basis.....countless hose clamps, fittings, hoses, homemade catch can st-ups that kind of worked but still blows oil out......$???.??........looks like I may need some new pistons or a 6.0l engine now......$1000.00-$2500.00....................I may just blow this bitch up and collect the insurance, I think it hates me for what I've done to it.

I think your truck is Suicidal after all you've been through!!!
I am now the proud owner of a non-daily driven peice of **** that does not do what it is supposed to...all for the grand total of WAYYY TOO MUCH F'ING money. Maybe I could turn it into a mosquito fogger that blows buring oil smoke to repel bugs in the campgrounds.

It may be going back to stock and up for sale...........
