on the fuel pump in the tank, your guess is as good as mine what the crazy ****** is doing. He has an OEM intank now, he may just replace with and OEM but he may also put the time into dropping a walbro 255lph in there. He also has an inline pump...it will now be a walbro 255lph also...if he ever sent the wrong one back. He has enough goodies to HAVE NO fuel issues for sure!!!
There you go, a page from the Holty diary.

Thanks Tony! anyway, it did not change anything. my fuel pressures are exactly the same as i posted back on page 1, although, i did not expect to see any fuel pressure changes. i've done several more WOT runs, none of which have i experienced my fuel pressure drop. either way, tomorrow morning, the new in-tank fuel pump, fuel filter, and FPR are going in. we'll see then.
The '04+ "returnless" fuel systems should hold a relatively constant fuel pressure under all loads(assuming the fuel volume is available)

alright, the 255lph walbro in-tank pump is in. so far, so good. only one weird thing happening....key on, engine off, my fuel pressure jumps to about 56psi, then drops back down to 0psi. it never did this before,....key on engine off always bleeded off just a few psi, but never went down to 0....is this normal? otherwise, everything is good so far. WOT = 62psi, other than a higher WOT psi, everything else is exactly the same. right now i have 3/4 tank of gas, we'll see what happens as fuel level goes down. here are some pics.

Good deal. It sounds like the 255 doesn't have a one way check valve in it so basically once it stops "priming" the fuel just drains back through it into the tank. The only thing that might cause is a little bit of extra cranking on startup but, shouldn't be to big a deal.
I would've said it was a regulator problem but, your fuel pressure sounds good so that isn't it, must be the check valve deal.
