I don't think that you want to do that. The return system has a boost referenced fuel pressure regulator which works much better with FI.

UPDATE: i re-installed my magnavolt, Correctly this time lol. Thanks Tony! anyway, it did not change anything. my fuel pressures are exactly the same as i posted back on page 1, although, i did not expect to see any fuel pressure changes. i've done several more WOT runs, none of which have i experienced my fuel pressure drop. either way, tomorrow morning, the new in-tank fuel pump, fuel filter, and FPR are going in. we'll see then.

do your have the return type and what kind of fuel pressure regulator are you getting? And fuel pump?
