First drive with new cam and mp122hh since the wreck

Ahh, the sound of a 6.0L at 6800. Just curious since we had discussed the IAT thing. I see that you're only at the top of first gear in that log to that point and you've already reached an IAT of 136. How much rise did you see from 0 to that point in the snapshot?

I think I'm going to try to talk the gf into making a trip out to see all of the PA guys sometime in Sept. or Oct.. I want to check all of this out in person, all of these new parts you have are just too much cool to not see for myself.

any ve table in the 6800 column should have some extra fuel there. I know plenty of people think the radix and lsx motor can go there (6800 column) but i stand on the side of the fence that you shouldn't go there. Unless of course you like rebuilding ****. In that scan he only made it to 2nd gear before freaking out (6800 obviously was not meant to happen) and the IAT's really pour on there. He made it to 6600RPM in second (pour 4L65E, he's murdering it) and the IAT's hit 167*.
We are trying to get a handle on his trans tables, holty wants to know where to downshift at (WOT), and I'd like to see mph to rpm corelation from the scanner, instead of an online calculator. If I have ANY pull, he will not be shifting over 6300...MAX. He hasn't found a stretch of road safely yet to give us a good scan through the gears. ALL the gears. I am VERY interested just as you guys are at just how quick the 122 gives us heat. He doesn't have meth either, so he's a good candidate for base info. He really only gained 15*'s in that first gear run, but second gear is when the heat comes on.
The Breeze's truck was shifting at 5800 for the longest time, all he did was raise his shift point to 6200 when he did the springs and GT cam. It hauled ***, HUGE HUGE seat of the pants difference from 5800 to 6200 range.
I think with tons (okay, not tons, it is a lq9 after all) of timing up front and then letting the IAT spark advance table do the pulling, 6200ish is gonna be sweet.
