Default Finally dynoed! Need help

I finally dyno tuned my truck today and didn't get the numbers I was looking for. I need your suggestions. I pulled a max of 409hp/443torque. This was done with the mods in my sig but NO meth. It has 16 degrees of timeing, locked converter a A/F of 11.8 and a IAT of 133.
Here's my question. We stopped tuneing it because the IAT's were at 133 and climbing. We are going to try it again tomorrow with the engine cooled off and at operating temp. I plan on bumping the timeing up to 19 degrees to see if it makes more power or if I get knock retard. Any opions on the timeing?
I also have not installed the Methonal kit yet and was wondering if I get it installed and go back to the dyno will it really help cool off the IAT's that much? My tunner seemed to think where I am intercooled it wouldn't amount to much. Is he right? What are your exsperinces? I have a 2.8 pulley, may be I should go up a little. What are your guys IAT's?
Heres my graph.

What is your CR? Meth will make a difference, how much depends on what mix you use. How high are you spinning that 5.7? With a 2.8 pulley if you are spinning it up pretty good then your IAT's are going to climb like that. 133 degrees isn't horrible by any means but the lower the better. What was the Outside temp?

How much boost is the 2.8" pulley making?
The Meth might not lower your temps a lot but it will some and it will allow a little more timing without kr by uppng the octane.
Dyno #'s dont mean too much.
What cam do you have?

Yes, the meth will help on top of being intercooled, definately run it. It'll allow you to run more timing, which will translate to bigger numbers. Keep bumping your timing up until you see it knocking (pulling) and drop it back from there.
Your numbers are not shameful at all for a 5.7 build with a 2.8 pulley. What did you expect? Add timing, use your meth kit and you'll likely hit it. Last resort, smaller pulley.
Then, come down to NED and run it with us!

ps. FWIW my IAT was 195' at the MAF last week while tuning my new kit... 133 ain't that bad.

Running meth with your combo will help greatly more from the increased octane than from iat's being lower. But.....you have to tune for it. Having your AFR reading 11.8 at WOT on pump gas, the same tune adding meth your AFR's will probably be somewhere in the low to mid 10's.

The Radix is a GREAT kit to bolt on, and go enjoy your newfound power, but it's not worth it to try to re-engineer the system. Please don't take this as knocking the Mag product. I have one, too, and love it. But......the small cooler under the intake will only take away so much heat from the coolant. I've thought about a bigger tank, slowing down the flow, all that stuff, but it all boils down to the intercooler under the intake can only cool so much. Instead of trying to lower iat's, maybe think about using a meth/nitrous combination, and tune, tune, tune!!!

My CR is 9.5:1, I belive we reved it to 5800-6000 rpm's. It was like 60 degrees outside 96% humidity

My goal was to make close to 500rwhp. I've seen some guys on here close to that, well look at trever1t's numbers for example. I am a little jealous!
I will definitely be spending a fair amount of time at NED once this thing is tuned right!
