There are some things you need to get figured out before you go ANY further.

1) What is your boost level, this is important
2) IAT's with the radix are going to be high unless you keep a fan on the H/E at all times during the pull
3) Timing is low for what I assume to be 9-10 psi +/- 2 psi with the heads and cam set up.
4) Belt slipping?

There is alot more that I can explain on the phone when you call tomorrow...dont get discouraged....500 RWHP does not just COME to ya, you need to work for it

I will definitely be spending a fair amount of time at NED once this thing is tuned right!

Again, Dyno's are tuning tools and nothing more.
I am very fortunate that all of my parts are working well with each other (knock on wood) and the L33 engine is a little unique to begin with. I also have the benefit of having one of the best tuners in the country close by. We have spent hours and hours detailing the tune to where I was satisfied.

I would think with the 2.8 pulley that you make 9lbs? Get the methanol going and add some timing, you'll get there.
BTW my next engine will be an LS6 so get it right and save me some grief

Do you have your crank pulley pinned?

With that size cam, I'd expect a higher peak power number and for it to extend further in the rpms.

Oh yeah, 133* is pretty low actually. Ask most of us on here who have pushed the radix to its limit and you'll find most of us have seen +180* IAT temps by the end of a long run.

Just real quick
1. I am not sure on the boost, but will have a definite answer tomorrow
2. There is a big fan right in front of the truck. I have a LFP Ford lightning heat exchanger mounted under the frame rails.
3. I am sure your right!
4. I have the 100mm idlers and as far as I know there is no belt slip.

Yeah, and most of us are throwing a little more timing at it too. With my LQ9 and 2.75" pulley and 218/218 114 cam, I was running 18-20* timing and shifting in the 6300 rpm range. No meth or water injection.

Just curious, but what did you pull for numbers or what did you run in the 1/4?

12.31 @ 109 and 465HP 515TQ with a spinning crank pulley.

I had two dynos done within a week, one as normal and the other I pulled off the mufflers and cats and iced down the coolant. Both were going up rapidly then hit the 46x mark and flat lined. There was about 2 HP difference between them. Thats when I realized my crank pulley was slipping on the crank snout.

No kidding! I'd be very happy to run a 12.3 with my truck. I assume you nver pinned the crank and went back? Those numbers are great with a slipping crank pulley!
