Just trying to help.
appreciate the help. im going to get a SD tune asap! i put on the new clamp on the hose and still nothing. im completely stumped ive spent 8 strigh hours today trying to figure out this and cant find any leaks sprayed starting fluid over everything and me and chase couldnt find anything? i dont think the intake gaskets are leaking because i never took them off there only alittle over a year old and the truck ran perfect before? we did spay them just incase but nothing was found? i took off and reconnected every hose and clamp and sprayed starting fluid again and found nothing the new plugs did help the idle but the fuel trims are still going crazy. i have 2 brand new 2bar map sensors we tried each of those and both new tunes and nothing? i just wanna make sure ive looked over everything before i take it to someone and have them waste there time?

Just an idea but you have ported and polished heads correct? When they were ported did they take out the rocker bolt boss? If so did you use thread sealent on rocker bolts? Or were they already on truck when you did install.

the heads were on the truck when i did the install. but i did happen to do the rocker upgrade and swapped the springs with the heads on the truck. when i did it how ever i didnt use lock tite, i just TQ them down to 22 ftlbs. i been wondering if i was saposto how ever because ive been reading about if they are milled you should and if there stock you should be fine? i know there only milled to .018 but its now boosted...? should i take them off and reinstall them?

If your heads are p&p'd the usually get in and remove the rocker arm bolt lump inside the intake runner. If this is done you have to use rtv or similar to keep the bolt from leaking air/oil into the runner. If you didn't do this and the heads are as such you may want to.

yes you are correct. the sealant needs to be more toward the bolt head. don't gunk it on the lower half or it will just get into your runner. about the middle-ish.

just put the bolt through the rocker and see how much of it sticks out. then put it on there just below where the bolt sticks through the rocker.
