Tuning is the easy part. Making sure everything else is 100% is the key, along with having access to a good diagnostic shop.
Scans that look terrible isn't always a fkd up tune.
The PCM is simply doing what it's told to do.

Yea. I switched the map sensor back so far its idling alot better but didnt have a scaner so all i could see was the afr. What should my plugs be gapped to? Running the ngk t6 plugs, im going to pull them and check all the gaps tomorrow aswell

the things that have changed when i did the swap....
extended MAF wiring.
new plugs.
new msd wires.
new 2bar map
new injectors.
i never took off the intake manifold but i did add the lines for the gauges and what not. form what ive gathered the idling issue cant be a exhaust leak. and i know the o2 sensors are good because there reading and they have thrown lean codes on both banks. AFR seems decent at idle. kinda rich at WOT and as soon as i let off the gas it hits 20 and i have to feather it to keep it running. also the fuel pressure is about 66psi or so... figure thats pretty good?

Well at this point I am seriously doubting it is the tune. The LTFT's are still maxxed out at 25 with the new spark plugs and both tunes. We will be trying a different MAF and check again for exhaust leaks. I don't know why this is coming to mind, but could it be an issue with the stock Valley Cover? Also I am thinking it might be the head gaskets? They are still stock.

Well we just found a clip on the rear of the intake from the vacuum line to the brake canister that was broken. Repaired that and we are gonna try the first tune and the new MAP and see what happens. We will try a new MAF next.

Not that this would cause all your problems, but if you are intercooled, are you still using the stock iat senor in the maf? If so it would be advised to get on in the charge pipe after your I/c. They are cheap and will help in the tuning process.
Just trying to help.
