Thats a sweet lookin badge, not sure if i would put it on the outside of my truck, but would definately look tough on the inside interior someplace, possibly the engine cover if i get it on.
Safe to say gas milage is not an issue with this truck......when its thirsty, i fill it up, dont even know and never really have measured what it gets. I just cant wait to line up against some unsuspecting sucker, its gonna be fun.
I would love to get this to the track in the spring........think this thing can make it to the mid 14's, or am i being overly optimistic?
And yea....the pull in this thing is unGodly! It just keeps on pulling and pulling and pulling....i love it.

I would think mid 14's, maybe as low as 14.3 or 14.2 is very realistic. I do realize that you have one heavy truck, but still don't think that will be a problem for ya. Glad you're happy with the outcome, seems like you've put a bunch of time, research, and money out, and deserve some good results!
BTW, Capital is open this weekend for Test and Tune.

Keep in mind, this is just their first week of being open. You got plety of time to make sure everything is dialed in before rushing to the track. I would definately try to make it before it gets real hot, like by the end of April or early May. Where abouts in MD do you live? I'm guessing it can't be too far if you made it up to F Body Central for the tune. There are quite a few of us MD guys now, so we need to get together this year for a track day. I know FBC rents the track out for the day sometimes, so keep that in mind also. Post up if you're going this week....

Well, i was up in Mt. Airy today and I could not resist stopping in to the other shop i dyno'ed at a few weeks ago. Its not the shop thats helping me with my tuning, its the one i went to after my first pre-whipple dyno run that i wasnt to happy with. Any way, the numbers are not quite as good as i would have liked them to be, but like i said before, the guy who is doing my tuning said we still have some HP's left in there we can get out on the final dyno tune. I am going to post them up on my site and in the Dyno section to get updated. The best part was we did a simulated 1/4 mile run on the Mustang Dyno and it did very well in my opinion. I still dont think anyones numbers are going to be correct until we can find a way to lock the Allison in for a full pull, and no one has been able to do that yet as far as i know.
